S.R. Cristy is a New York native, poet, film lover, and Riot Grrrl enthusiast who specializes in weaving together delicate and grotesque imagery that cuts to the core. Never one to shy away from examining the darker aspects of life, she has developed a penchant for using her writing as a way to explore ideas of isolation, trauma, and regeneration through a feminine lens.
Notoriously private, she has only recently begun to put her writing into the public eye but hopes that, by sharing her work, it may eventually become a source of comfort to anyone who can find a reflection of themselves within it.
