ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR CONTRIBUTORS:
We utilize the following OFF-SITE third parties to collect your information for the purposes listed below:

  • We use a third party, Submittable, to collect your name, byline, email address, mailing address, and submitted works for consideration in upcoming publications. Your submitted works are shared with our editorial staff and reading panel. No other information is shared without your consent. Submitted works are archived unless withdrawn.

  • We use a third party, Submittable, to collect your name, email address, mailing address, byline, author profile, publication history, author headshot, and optional reviews. Submission constitutes consent to share the above details listed in bold publicly on our website.

  • We use five third parties; Gmail, Microsoft Word, Facebook, Instagram, and Adobe; to collect your name, email address, mailing address, byline, author bio, and details about your work for the purpose of securing an Author’s Agreement and consent to publish. The items listed in bold are shared publicly upon publication and for marketing purposes according to the terms of the agreement.

  • We do not use a third party to collect any financial information. All author payments stated in the Author’s Agreement are sent by PayPal in the form of a digital payment using the email address obtained in the Author’s Agreement.

  • We will share all collected information to the extent necessary and as required by law or to comply with any legal obligations, including defense of our company.

  • We do not share your information for any reason outside what is listed here or is necessary to publish and market your work or what is required by law without your consent.

Contact Forms

When contacting us via a contact form, your personal details are collected as requested on the contact form and are used for the purpose of responding to your question or comment. Upon conclusion of business, your contact form details are archived or deleted.

Cookies

When you fill out a contact form, we may provide an option to opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you use the contact form.

Rights of Children

Protecting the rights of children is important to us. We do not collect or maintain any information from individuals we know to be under 13 years old, and no part of the website is intended to attract anyone under 13 years old.
