Jennifer has lived in New Mexico for more than 40 years. Since early 2019, she has been splitting her time between Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Bath, England.
Born in Hong Kong, Jennifer attended an English girls’ school until she was 17, when she immigrated to the States. She was an undergraduate English major, and had a career in Finance while raising her two daughters. She has always wanted to write, and recently completed the low residency MFA program for writing and literature at Bennington College, Vermont. Two of her personal essays were published by Cecile’s Writers in the Netherlands, and in Sapere Aude in Berlin, Germany.
Jennifer enjoys reading, and often rereads works by some of her favorite authors: Colette, J.D. Salinger, Kazuo Ishiguro, Julian Barnes. She has been a tango addict since 2010, and loves to dance in Buenos Aires and Paris.
