Samuel Snider

My name is Sam Snider. I grew up in New York but have been living in Asheville, North Carolina for the past 8 years. I currently work as a Psychotherapist at a substance abuse rehab for adults and am in my last semester of graduate school. I love playing speed chess at the park, listening to soul music from the 60s and 70s, listening to audio books, going to AA meetings, and taking baths. Writing poetry is a rare occurrence for me. The few poems that I write every year are written very late at night, when I can’t sleep, and something is deeply troubling me.
